Is barre beginner-friendly? What should I take with me to class?
Yes, barre is beginner friendly! Please wear grippy socks and comfortable active clothing. You are also encouraged to bring a water bottle with you to class!
Why do muscles shake in barre class?
Shaking muscles means you are challenging them effectively! When you hold small, controlled movements for an extended period of time, your muscles begin to fatigue and tremble.
What is the difference between Barre and Pilates?
Barre focuses on sculpt and endurance using the rhythm of music. Pilates focuses on core and control using calm and precise movements.
